Virgin Megastores is an international entertainment retailing chain, founded in early 1976 by Sir Richard Branson as a record shop on London’s Oxford Street.

In 1979 the company opened their first Megastore at the end of Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road. The company expanded to hundreds of stores worldwide in the 1990s. By 2015, current operations are exclusively in the Middle East and in North Africa, consisting of approximately 40 stores.

At the Top is an outdoor observation deck on the Burj Khalifa. It opened on 5 January 2010 on the 124th floor. At 452 m (1,483 ft), it was the highest outdoor observation deck in the world when it opened.

Tower opened in June 2016 with an observation deck at a height of 561 meters. The 124th-floor observation deck also features the electronic telescope, an augmented reality device developed by Gsmprjct° of Montréal, which allows visitors to view the surrounding landscape in real-time.

Fantasy World started its retail toy operation in Kuwait on April 28, 1996 at a 1000 square meter free standing building at the Al Rai business district in Kuwait, the US-designed store was the region’s first upscale toy store concept. Resembling a Castle from outside The Al Rai store was depicted as a World of Fantasy, beyond the boundary walls of the castle kids expression would go from awesome to wow once upon entering the store. Michigan, a USA-based agency ensured the interior design of the store would multiply the excitement of the kids, Branded toys imported from all corners of the world are complemented with the soothing & lively atmosphere of the store.


Dubai Duty Free (DDF) is the company responsible for the duty-free operations at Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport.

Founded in December 1983, DDF recorded first-year sales of US$20 million and has grown into one of the biggest travel retail operators in the world with a sales turnover of US$2.029 billion in 2019. DDF is a subsidiary of the government-owned Investment Corporation of Dubai.


Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi is an indoor theme park in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, owned and developed by Miral Asset Management at an expected cost of $1 billion. The park features characters from Warner Bros.’s franchises, such as Looney Tunes, DC Comics, Hanna-Barbera, and others. The park is located on Yas Island near Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, and CLYMB Abu Dhabi, and is the third Warner Bros.’s theme park. An adjoining hotel is also being built at the center of Yas Island. The park contains 29 rides, and shows.


The Burj Al Arab‎, Tower of the Arabs) is a luxury hotel located in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Managed by the Jumeirah hotel group, it is one of the tallest hotels in the world, although 39% of its total height is made up of non-occupiable space. Burj Al Arab stands on an artificial island that is 280 m (920 ft) from Jumeirah Beach and is connected to the mainland by a private curving bridge. The shape of the structure is designed to resemble the sail of a ship. It has a helipad near the roof, at a height of 210 m (689 ft) above ground.


The Emirates Palace is a luxury five star hotel in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It has been operated by Mandarin Oriental as of Jan. 1, 2020. The hotel project was launched in December 2001 and was initially operated by Kempinski from its opening in Nov. 2005 until Jan. 1, 2020.

 The design of the hotel is a mix of Islamic architectural elements such as balance, geometry, proportion, rhythm and hierarchical emphasis alongside modern methods of design and construction


Kingdom Centre is a 99-story, 302.3 m (992 ft) skyscraper in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. When completed in 2002, it overtook the 267-meter (876 ft) Faisaliyah Tower as the tallest tower in Saudi Arabia. It has since been surpassed and, as of 2021, is the fifth-tallest skyscraper in the country, whose tallest two buildings are the Abraj Al Bait Towers and the Capital Market Authority Tower. It is the world’s third-tallest building with a hole after the Shanghai World Financial Center and the 85 Sky Tower in Taiwan.


King Power Mahanakhon, formerly known as MahaNakhon, is a mixed-use skyscraper in the Silom/Sathon central business  district of Bangkok, Thailand. It was opened in December 2016. It features the unconventional appearance of a glass curtain walled square tower with a cuboid-surfaced spiral cut into the side of the building. Following the transfer of the first residential units in April 2016, at 314.2 meters (1,031 ft) with 77 floors, it was recognized as the tallest building in Thailand on 4 May 2016 by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). Featuring hotel, retail, and residences, 200 units of The Ritz-Carlton Residences.
